The Design
The main concept in arranging the buildings on the site was to face them toward the water to enhance the views. The marketing center was designed as a two-story structure, allowing potential home buyers to step out onto the deck and observe the lagoon's construction. This deck would also function as an event space for the HOA and residents. The restroom pavilion featured areas for picnic tables and lounging by a see-through fireplace. The Swim Up Bar was the highlight of the lagoon, boasting both a dry side and a water-side bar.
