Montgomery Bend Pavilion

Early design studies for the pavilion focused on creating a structure that feels both solid and welcoming. The timber framing introduces a sense of warmth and connection to nature, while the CMU walls provide stability and low maintenance. The white board-and-batten siding was chosen to give the pavilion a clean and timeless look, enhancing its suburban charm. The standing seam metal roof not only adds durability but also creates a striking visual contrast against the lighter materials.

The Montgomery Bend Pavilion was crafted with the community’s needs in mind. Its white board-and-batten siding, timber framing, and CMU walls form a harmonious blend of textures and tones. The standing seam metal roof ties the design together with a polished, modern finish, while the open layout ensures the space remains versatile and functional.

Inside, the pavilion features well-organized restrooms and spacious covered seating areas. Every element of the design reflects a careful balance of form and function, creating a space that’s practical, beautiful, and perfectly suited to the community.
