Over the following weeks, the design team dove into transforming feedback from previous meetings into tangible progress, particularly on key elements such as the hotel, experience areas, and other essential site buildings. The focus turned to translating initial concept sketches into more detailed designs. Central to these efforts was the design of the hotel, waterpark, and garages, both in terms of layout and their relationship to other parts of the site. Meanwhile, work continued on fine-tuning the site’s smaller nodes—the boathouse, island bar, cabanas, and restrooms—culminating in a comprehensive presentation prepared for the client.
