This 2,000-square-foot community support facility will serve as the main restrooms, storage, and concession core for the new Eagle Landing Park in Fulshear, Texas. The breezeway entrance allows for naturally ventilated restrooms that will serve over 20 different sports field activities. The concessions area is designed for grab-and-go food and drinks while allowing outdoor third-party vending to be served directly to patrons. The steel structure is highlighted by wood soffit accents and brick masonry that blend in and complement the existing Tamarron design style of the neighboring community.

The Design

The Eagle Landing Concessions Building is set to be the central anchor of the new Eagle Landing Park, providing both functional amenities and a welcoming hub for visitors. Designed with modern architecture and natural materials, the building will feature a covered patio, restrooms, and concession facilities, seamlessly blending into the surrounding landscape. This thoughtfully crafted structure will serve as a gathering place for families and sports enthusiasts, enhancing the overall park experience while reflecting the area's rich heritage through its design and purpose.
