We received the design standards from Crawford Electric and then were tasked of implementing them in this new building and to the Tomball code. We worked through a few iterations of the plan in order to maximize the area of product racks for goods. Once we had established the proper office square footages we were able to work with the racking designer in order to design the lobby and concession area.
The existing facility is a newly constructed tilt-wall box store building, designed to accommodate multiple retailers. Currently, it features one demising wall for a tenant being built out at the time of inspection. Otherwise, the building is largely unfinished, with fresh concrete floors, a storefront, and large format doors. This setup provides ample flexibility for future tenants to customize their spaces according to their needs.
