The Brookstone Amenity Center in northeast San Antonio, Texas consists of three interconnected buildings unified by a grand, shared exterior porch. This three-building complex contains the community management offices, a fitness center, and various communal spaces. The architecture features decorative wood framing around the porches, as well as high ceilings in the main buildings supported by timber framing.

The project's strategic use of stone and wood elements seamlessly blends the building into its natural surroundings. Exposed wood trusses create an open, high-ceilinged interior. Overall, the new amenity center will elevate the community by consolidating all desired amenities under a single roof.
